L&M Precision Fabrication, Inc. is committed to meeting or exceeding all customer requirements and expectations by continually improving processes, capabilities and the effectiveness of our quality management system.
Quality control and traceability are documented and maintained through strict adherence to ISO and AS9100 QMS standards and procedures as outlined in the L&M Quality Assurance Manual and the L&M Quality Procedures Manual.
Lean Manufacturing processes contribute to L&M’s consistent quality and continual process improvement. All managers and supervisors are Lean Manufacturing Certified.
Response to customer needs is immediate, whether it be engineering changes, quantities, lead times or nonconformance issues. At L&M customer service is the top priority.
